Our client, a rapidly growing company (Start Up) specializing in consulting for car dealerships in USA, is looking for Online Sales Coordinator to join their sales team. The role involves developing online sales and enhancing the customer experience on digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

·           Manage and develop online sales through the internet and phone, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

·           Identify and understand specific customer needs to offer tailored solutions and meet set sales targets.

·           Ensure high-quality follow-up with prospects and clients, maximizing conversion and retention.

·           Actively contribute to achieving individual and collective performance objectives.

·           Contribute to optimizing sales processes and implementing innovative strategies to drive growth.

·           Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure consistency in the commercial offering and client follow-up.

·     Provide excellent after-sales service by addressing customer inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase.


Profile :

        ·         Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).

        ·         Passionate about online sales and technological innovation.

        ·         Minimum of 3 years experience in online sales or a similar field.

        ·         Sales and social media marketing skills are preferred

        ·         Reliable, punctual, proactive, and motivated to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding company (Start Up).

        ·         Ability to work flexible hours according to the U.S (from 4 :00 PM to 1 :00 AM).

        ·         Strong commitment to a long-term role and willingness to grow within the company.
